sriracha chicken bagel melt

ingredients

  • 4 slices of Dietz & Watson Sriracha Chicken Breast
  • 2 slices of Dietz & Watson Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tbsp of Dietz & Watson Mixed Red Pepper Mayo
  • 1 handful of baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, sliced
  • 1 bagel



directions

  1. Cut bagel in half and spread Dietz & Watson Mixed Red Pepper Mayo evenly on both sides.
  2. On the top half of the bagel, layer fresh baby spinach leaves and sliced red onion.
  3. On the bottom half of the bagel, layer sliced Dietz & Watson Sriracha Chicken Breast with sliced Dietz & Watson Mozzarella Cheese on top.
  4. Carefully close the bagel halves together, place on a baking sheet, and bake in oven on 350 degrees until cheese has melted.
  5. Slice in half and dig in!
