grilled melon prosciutto bites

ingredients

  1. 2 packs of Dietz & Watson Prosciutto
  2. 1 block of Dietz & Watson Mozzarella Cheese
  3. 1/4 of a watermelon
  4. Parsley, to garnish
  5. Balsamic reduction, to garnish
  6. Mini skewers

directions

  1. Cut watermelon into sticks and grill over high heat, flipping every 2-3 minutes until there are grill marks on each side.
  2. Cut grilled watermelon and Dietz & Watson Mozzarella Cheese into 1-inch cubes.
  3. To each skewer add a folded slice of Dietz & Watson Prosciutto, a cube of mozzarella, and a cube of grilled watermelon.
  4. Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley and drizzle balsamic reduction over your skewers and serve!
