chicken & avocado club sandwich


  • 3 slices 12 grain bread
  • 1/2 head Boston Lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Sprouts
  • 3 slices Dietz & Watson Originals rBST Picante Provolone
  • 6 slices Dietz & Watson Originals Organic Chicken Breast

  • 15 oz Garbanzo Beans, (drained & rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Dietz & Watson Sriracha Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 cloves Fresh Garlic, Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Water (If Needed)



  1. Toast three slices of bread
  2. Spread homemade hummus on one side of each slice of bread (directions for hummus below)
  3. On bottom slice of bread, layer D&W Provolone, D&W Originals Organic Chicken Breast, sprouts and avocado
  4. Top with second slice of bread, then layer Provolone, Chicken Breast, tomato and lettuce. Top with third slice of bread
  5. Slice in half

  1. In blender, combine beans, olive oil, Dietz & Watson Sriracha Mustard, lime juice and garlic, and been until smooth. If needed, add water one tablespoon at a time until hummus is at desired creaminess
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
