buffalo chicken--grilled cheese sandwich
8 slices Multigrain Bread
16 slices Dietz & Watson Buffalo Style Chicken Breast
8 slices Dietz & Watson Swiss Cheese
4 tsps Dietz & Watson Chipotle Mayo
2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Preheat pan to medium-high heat.
- Coat the pan with olive oil spray.
- Take 8 slices of bread and coat one side with Dietz & Watson Chipotle Mayo.
- Layer 4 slices with Dietz & Watson Buffalo Style Chicken Breast and Dietz & Watson Swiss Cheese and top with the other slice of bread.
- Spray outside of each sandwich with oil.
- Place in heated pan and grill until bread is toasted.
- Flip sandwich and continue to grill until other slice of bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
