buffalo chicken grilled cheese sandwich


  • 8 slices Multigrain Bread
  • 16 slices Dietz & Watson Buffalo Style Chicken Breast
  • 8 slices Dietz & Watson Swiss Cheese
  • 4 tsps Dietz & Watson Chipotle Mayo
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil


  1. Preheat pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Coat the pan with olive oil spray.
  3. Take 8 slices of bread and coat one side with Dietz & Watson Chipotle Mayo.
  4. Layer 4 slices with Dietz & Watson Buffalo Style Chicken Breast and Dietz & Watson Swiss Cheese and top with the other slice of bread.
  5. Spray outside of each sandwich with oil.
  6. Place in heated pan and grill until bread is toasted.
  7. Flip sandwich and continue to grill until other slice of bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot.
