sausage pasta with parmesan


  • 1/2 cup Dietz & Watson Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 lbs Dietz & Watson Originals Italian Style Chicken Sausage
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 pack linguine
  • 1 jar alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 lbs mushrooms
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 10 oz fresh spinach


  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet and cook the onions, mushrooms and spinach
  3. Add the with linguine to the skillet, along with the alfredo sauce and Parmesan cheese
  4. Cook the Chicken Sausage in a separate skillet and finally add it into the skillet and stir to combine
  5. Add some extra parmesan on top
