Sausage Kielbasa

This one is simple. Score our Kielbasa on both sides and place on a hot grill. Flip every minute to make sure both sides are charred. Then, assemble on a bun with caramelized onions, Dietz & Watson Sauerkraut, and top with Dietz & Watson yellow mustard.

Buffalo Chicken Dogs

Ok, but is it a buffalo, a chicken, or a dog? Doesn’t matter because it’s delicious. First, char up some Dietz & Watson Buffalo Chicken Sausages on a hot grill and pull them off. Then, char the top of a bun for a few seconds for those fancy grill mark lines. Finally, place the sausage in the bun and top with Dietz & Watson Bleu Cheese crumble, buffalo sauce, and a sprinkle of parsley for garnish.

Hot Dog Burnt Ends

Everyone knows that the best part of the dog is the ends, right? For ends galore, just cut up some Dietz & Watson franks in 1 inch pieces, smoke them for about an hour and finish them up with your favorite BBQ sauce.
