The Cajun Dog

D&W Smoked Beef Hot Sausage wrapped with D&W Peppered Ham on a soft Italian roll, topped with melted D&W Cheddar Cheese with Jalapeno and Cayenne Peppers, roasted peppers and Cajun spices.

Serves: 6

Instructions:

1. Prepare a grill and lower temperature or wait until coals are low heat.
2. Wrap each sausage with ham slices.
3. Place sausages on grill seam side down to prevent the ham from coming unwrapped and cook over low heat until golden brown.
4. Toast buns lightly over low heat.
5. Remove sausages from heat and place one in each bun with cheese.
6. Top sausages with roasted peppers.
7. Sprinkle Cajun spices on top of sausage.
8. Serve with Dietz & Watson® Kosher Pickles.
