1 package Dietz & Watson® Smoked Beef Mild Sausage1 lb Dietz & Watson® Monterey Jack Cheese, sliced1 jar Dietz & Watson® Chipotle Mayonnaise6 Hoagie Rolls1 jar Dietz & Watson® Kosher Pickle Spears
1. Prepare a grill and lower temperature or wait until coals are low heat. 2. Place franks on grill and cook over low heat until golden brown. 4. Toast buns lightly over low heat.5. Remove franks from heat and place one in each bun with cheese.6. Top with chipotle mayonnaise.7. Serve with Dietz & Watson® Kosher Pickles.
