1 pound Dietz & Watson®Angus Roast Beef, shaved½ pound Dietz & Watson® New York State Sharp Cheddar, sliced1 jar Dietz & Watson® Sandwich Spread1 jar Dietz & Watson® Smokey Horseradish Sauce1 tomato, sliced1/2 small onion, sliced thin6 Brioche Rolls
1. Prepare grill and turn temperature to low heat or let coals burn until low heat. 2. Keeping separate, heat meat on grill until warmed through. 3. Remove from grill and assemble sandwiches. To Assemble: Spread sandwich spread on one half of cornmeal buns, top with ham, swiss, tomato and sliced pickles. Spread sandwich spread on one half of potato rolls and spread chipotle mayonnaise on the other side, top with turkey breast, gouda, peppers and spinach. Spread sandwich spread on one half of brioche rolls and spread horseradish sauce on the other half, top with beef, cheddar, tomato and onion.4. Working in batches if necessary, put sandwiches on grill and press down with a large spatula while cooking. Carefully turn the sandwiches over and grill on both sides until grill marks appear and cheese melts. Serve warm.
