Filets on the Grill

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

Fillets on the Grill:
½ pound Dietz & Watson® Smoked Turkey Breast Fillets
½ pound Dietz & Watson® Maple Cured Ham Steaks
½ pound Dietz & Watson® Premium Angus Roast Beef, sliced very thick
1 jar Char Siu Sauce
Honey Lemon Glaze (Recipe below)
Staib's Special Barbeque Sauce (Recipe below)

Honey Lemon Glaze:
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
½ cup honey

Staib's Special Barbeque Sauce:
12 ounces barbecue sauce (Your favorite brand)
4 teaspoons Dietz & Watson® Horseradish
2 teaspoons honey
2 dashes hot pepper sauce
1 pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions:

Honey Lemon Glaze:
Whisk together juice and honey in a small bowl.

Staib's Special Barbeque Sauce:
In a small bowl or glass, whisk together the barbeque sauce, honey, hot pepper sauce, red pepper flakes & horseradish.

Fillets on the Grill:
1. Prepare grill to high heat. Place turkey fillet on grill and baste with honey lemon glaze.
2. Place ham steak on grill and baste with Staib's special barbeque sauce
3. Place Angus roast beef on grill and baste with char siu sauce.
4. Grill all fillets until they are hot and have grill marks. Baste each one again with its sauce and serve hot.
