Ingredients:
1 package Dietz & Watson Buffalo Chicken Sausage
1 lb Dietz & Watson Hot Pepper New York State Cheddar Cheese with Buffalo Wing Sauce
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, diced
4 rib celery, chopped
1 bottle blue cheese dressing
6 Italian Rolls or 6 Dietz & Watson Wraps, any style
Instructions:
1. Prepare a grill and lower temperature or wait until coals are low heat.
2. Cook franks over low heat until golden brown.
3. Toast buns lightly over low heat.
4. Remove sausage from heat and place one in each bun. Spread hot sauce to taste on one side of roll and blue cheese dressing to taste on the other side.
5. Top franks with cheese, onions, tomatoes, and celery.
6. To make wraps, remove sausage from grill and slice into thin slices. Assemble ingredients in the center of the wrap and roll up.
