Italian Hoagie

Serves: 4

Instructions:

Slice the bread down the side, but not all the way through.  Drizzle with the hoagie dressing.

Layer all the meats evenly into the bread, then top with the cheeses.

Top with the lettuce, tomato, onion and pepperoncini and drizzle again with the hoagie dressing.

Pierce with toothpicks and slice into four portions on a bias.

  • 1 12-inch loaf Italian bread

  • 1/4 pound Dietz & Watson® Hot Capocollo, shaved
  • 1/4 pound Dietz & Watson® Sweet Capocollo, shaved
  • 1/4 pound Dietz & Watson® Mortadella, shaved
  • 1/4 pound Dietz & Watson® Sopressata, shaved
  • 1/4 pound Dietz & Watson® Prosciutto, shaved
  • 1/4 pound Dietz & Watson® Genoa Salami, shaved
  • 1/4 pound Dietz & Watson® Sharp Provolone, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 pound Dietz & Watson® Mozzarella, thinly sliced
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 vine-ripened tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • Pepperoncini
