Instructions:
Toast the bagels well. (If only slightly toasted, bagels will become soggy.)
Steam the corned beef to warm it up.
Spread both sides generously with both the sandwich spread and the mustard.
Top each bagel half with an equal portion of the corned beef, then sauerkraut, then cheddar.
Place bagels under the broiler and broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Watch carefully, as the cheese will burn quickly.
Serve with a pickle spear and German potato salad.
