Cut the bread in half length wise and brush both sides with some of the oil from the Muffuletta Mix.
On the bottom half of the bread, layer half of the salami on the bottom half of the bread. Top with the mortadella, mozzarella, capocollo, provolone, and the remaining salami.
Spread a generous portion of the Muffuletta Mix on top of the last layer of salami and finish with the top half of the bread, pressing down gently to make sure it stays in place.
Slice the sandwich into quarters and serve immediately with plain potato chips.
