Instructions:
In a small skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until light brown. Toss in the broccoli rabe and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Slice open the hoagie roll and drizzle with the hoagie dressing. Lay the sausage in the roll and top with the provolone, warm broccoli rabe and roasted peppers.
Slice in half on a bias and serve.
