Toast the bread.
Spread each slice of bread with half of the sandwich spread and half of the horseradish sauce.
In a small mixing bowl, gently toss together the onion, pickle, prepared horseradish, black pepper, pepper flakes and roast beef.
Pile on top of each slice of bread and top with slices of the cheddar.
Place in 325°F oven 5-6 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Serve open faced with potato salad
