Dietz & Watson Honey Barbecue Breast of Chicken Chef Salad

Add your own topping:

  • 1/2 cup sliced grapes
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit such as dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1-2 tablespoons sunflower seeds or slivered almonds
  • Drizzle with 1 tablespoon Dietz & Watson Honey Dijon dressing (see recipe below).

 

Honey Dijon Dressing

  • 1 clove garlic, peeled & sliced in half (optional)
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dietz & Watson® Honey Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Dietz &Watson Honey Dijon Dressing

Rub the sides of a bowl with garlic, then discard (optional) . In bowl whisk together mustard, honey and vinegar. While whisking, slowly add olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
