Instructions:
Steam the corned beef to warm it up.
Spread one side of each tortilla generously with both the sandwich spread and the horseradish sauce.
Spread an equal portion of the corned beef, then sauerkraut, then cheddar down the center of each tortilla.
Fold the sides in, then roll up and pierce on each end with a toothpick. Slice in half on a bias and serve with a pickle spear.
