Instructions:
Lay the tortilla flat on a work surface and spread evenly with the teriyaki glaze.
Layer with the roast beef, then top with the bean sprouts and watercress.
Roll up and slice in half on a bias. Serve with Sprout Salad.
Sprout Salad
In a small mixing bowl, stir together the vinegar, soy sauce and olive oil. Add the sprouts and gently toss until the sprouts are mixed and dressed.
Add the salt and pepper and toss again.
