Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, combine the vinegar, lemon grass, ginger, Thai pepper, Char Siu sauce and BBQ sauce. Bring to a boil slowly over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
Marinate the pork chops in the BBQ sauce for 1 hour.
Grill over medium heat, basting frequently with the BBQ sauce, until warmed through, about 3 minutes per side.
Serve immediately with vegetable stir fry.
