Asian BBQ Boneless Smoked Pork Chops

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped lemon grass (white part only)
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 red Thai pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cups Char Siu sauce
  • 1 cup prepared BBQ sauce
  • 6 Dietz & Watson® Boneless Smoked Pork Chops

Instructions:

In a medium saucepan, combine the vinegar, lemon grass, ginger, Thai pepper, Char Siu sauce and BBQ sauce.  Bring to a boil slowly over low heat, stirring frequently.  Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.

Marinate the pork chops in the BBQ sauce for 1 hour.

Grill over medium heat, basting frequently with the BBQ sauce, until warmed through, about 3 minutes per side.

Serve immediately with vegetable stir fry.
