Gluten Free Turkey Hash

Instructions:

In a large non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray, fry onions until translucent, about 2-3 minutes. 

Remove & reserve. 

In a mixing bowl combine 8 eggs, milk, salt & pepper to taste.   Mix well.

In a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat, add ½ cup of the egg mixture. 

Cook for 3-4 minutes until the mixture becomes golden brown.  Flip the egg mixture and place 2 slices of Dietz & Watson® American Cheese on top.

Fold over. 

Remove from pan & reserve. 

Repeat this process again, until you have 4 omelettes. 

In a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat, cook Dietz & Watson® Bacon Lovers’ Turkey Breast for 1 minute stir frequently until edges begin to curl. 

Top 4 precooked hash brown patties with 1 omelette, 1/4 of the turkey, 1/4 of the fried onions.
