In a large non stick skillet coated with cooking spray, fry Dietz & Watson® German Brand Bolognas for 1 minute, until edges begin to curl.
Placing 4 gluten free pancakes flat, add 1/4 pound fried Dietz & Watson® German Brand Bologna, 2 slices Dietz & Watson® Horseradish Cheddar Cheese, 3 slices Dietz & Watson® Bacon, cooked & 1 egg.
Top each sandwich with the remaining gluten free pancakes.
