Preheat oven to 350°
Divide Dietz & Watson® Angus Roast Beef into 4 sections of 1/2 piles each on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Top each pile of Roast Beef with 2 slices Dietz & Watson® Baby Swiss.
Place in oven until cheese begins to melt, about 5 minutes.
Place 4 pieces of the flatbread on serving plate like a pinwheel. (This plate will serve one person.)
Top the plate with Dietz & Watson® Angus Roast Beef & Baby Swiss & 1/4 of the tobacco onions.
In a large mixing bowl, combine onions, corn starch, gluten free flour, chili powder, salt & pepper.
In a large sauce pot, heat oil to 350°.
Fry onions until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove & reserve.
