Pineapple Glazed Ham

Serves: 18-20

Ingredients:

  • 1 Dietz & Watson® Does Dinner Honey Cured Ham
  • 6 small canned pineapple rings
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, liquid completely drained

Instructions:

Place the ham in a baking dish and arrange the pineapple rings on top, securing them with plain toothpicks.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Remove from the heat, pour the glaze over the ham and bake according to Dietz & Watson® instructions.
