Instructions:
At the deli, ask for 1 1/2 pound Dietz & Watson® Black Forest Smoked Ham. Heat by grilling, baking, or pan frying.
In a small sauce pan, simmer the chicken stock and shallots for 3 minutes over medium heat. Add the mustard and heavy cream, stir and simmer until lightly thickened.
Pour the over the ham and add the chives when ready to serve.
