1 pound Dietz &Watson Chicken Parmigiana, thinly sliced (about 4 ounces per hoagie)1/2 pound Dietz & Watson Provolone Cheese (about 2 ounces per hoagie)1/2 fresh spinich, prewashed1 tablespoon olive oil2 tomatoes, sliced1 red onion, sliced thin1/4 cup Dietz & Watson Mixed Pepper Mayonnaise1/4 cup Diet & Watson Peperoncini1/4 cup Dietz & Watson Roasted Red PeppersDietz & Watson Hoagie Dressing4 hoagie rollssalt and pepper to tastebunch of fresh basil, for garnish
1. Toast the hoagie rolls until golden brown.2. Spread 1/3 tablespoon of the Mixed Pepper Mayonnaise on each side of all the rolls.3. In a skillet, head olive oil and add fresh spinach. Saute until wilted and season with salt and pepper to taste.4. Layer 4 ounces Chicken Parmigiana slices, 2 ounces Provolone Cheese slices, 3 tomato slices, 1/4 of the onion slices, 1 tablespoon roasted red peppers and 1 talbespoon peperoncini on each hoagie roll.5. Sprinkle hoagie dressing on each sandwich to moisten all ingredients.6. Top with cooked spinach.7. Serve with Dietz & Watson pasta salad. Garnish plate with fresh basil.
