Instructions:
Wrap the bacon around the bratwurst, securing it with the toothpicks.
Place the butter and bratwurst in a pan over medium heat allowing bacon to brown.
After browning on all sides, deglaze the pan with the lager and set aside.
Spread the sandwich spread on the bottom of the toasted hoagie roll followed by the lettuce, tomato, and pickle.
Place the sausage on the roll. Top with onions and whole grain mustard.
Serve with Dietz & Watson® Potato Salad and a Dietz & Watson® Kosher Dill Pickle on the side.
