To make horseradish barbeque sauce:
In a small glass bowl, whisk together the barbeque sauce, hot pepper sauce, red pepper flakes & horseradish.
To make skewer:
Prepare the Skewers: To make the skewers, soak 4 bamboo skewers (8 to 12 inches long) in water for about 30 minutes. (You can skip this step by using metal skewers.)
Run 6 ounces of the Dietz & Watson® Horseradish through a strainer to remove excess liquid.
Lay out each piece of bacon flat.
Brush 1/2 teaspoon of horseradish on each slice of bacon
Wrap each piece of Angus beef with the bacon slices.
Place 3 pieces of beef to each skewer
To grill kabobs:
Make sure the grill is on a low setting. Place kabobs on grill and baste frequently. Do not let the bacon become too crisp. Cook on each side for about 4-6 minutes until marked by grill and heated throughout.
